By accessing and using Ziso Consulting's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ziso Consulting. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Ziso Consulting specializes in the following services:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to clients. We shall not be liable to clients or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for project execution. Delays in providing necessary materials may impact project timelines and costs.
Clients warrant that all materials provided (text, images, logos, etc.) are either owned by the client or properly licensed for use in the project.
Clients agree to provide necessary access to systems, APIs, and other resources required for service delivery in a timely manner.
All pre-existing materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Ziso Consulting retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
All proprietary tools, methodologies, code libraries, and pre-existing works used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of Ziso Consulting.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change for projects initiated after the quote expiration date.
Standard payment terms require:
Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Services may be suspended for accounts 60+ days overdue.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party. Confidential information includes business plans, customer lists, technical data, and trade secrets.
For penetration testing services, all findings and vulnerabilities discovered are treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized client representatives.
Ziso Consulting's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of third-party services, platforms, or APIs integrated into client projects.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Web development projects include a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes related to original specifications.
While we employ industry-standard testing methodologies, penetration testing cannot guarantee identification of all vulnerabilities. We recommend ongoing security monitoring and regular testing.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Ziso Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
